Always On My Mind Club
Green Options Design offers a Frequent Flower Gift Program called the “Always On My Mind Club”. This program allows each customer register a minimum of five days per year (birthdays, holidays, anniversaries or any day except Valentine's Day) on which Green Options Design will automatically plan to deliver a floral arrangement to their home or place of work. A courtesy call will be given or an e-mail sent to each customer 48-hours in advance. The customer must agree in advance to the cost of each arrangement (minimum $100), and the service must be guaranteed by a credit card.
The Always on My Mind Club also offers some innovative features such as the possibility of choosing random dates for flower deliveries in advance in order to help customers send "spontaneous" gifts to their loved ones.
