RESIDENTIAL FLORAL PROGRAM
Green Options Design offers a weekly, biweekly and monthly fresh flower program for residential customers within our delivery areas who like having fresh flowers in their homes. Residents will be given a 5% discount if they pick up the flowers in the store. Other special programs for residents include:
Platinum Club: for residents who desire a customized floral plan for their homes, Green Options Design offers the upscale Platinum Club, which includes a free in‐home consultation to assess the customer's taste and style, and the recommendation of a floral design plan.(*) The platinum club includes:
- Free initial consulting: Green Options Design conducts an initial free, on‐site visit to the customer's home to determine the optimum floral design plan.
- Priority delivery program: Green Options Design works with each residential customer to determine a delivery schedule, and will assure that arrangements are delivered on time according to the program purchased.
- Maintenance program: Green Options Design assures that their flower arrangements will be maintained in optimal condition.
- Referral Program: Green Options Design offers a one‐time 20% discount to each residential customer for every additional referral that becomes a customer.
(*) The following conditions apply: a minimum three-month commitment and a minimum expenditure of $100 per month, guaranteed by a credit card. This service will also be offered as a gift certificate.
